About

You Deserve a Safe Space to Heal

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Supervisor who is passionate about helping people live their best lives. With years of experience and a compassionate, client-centered approach, I am dedicated to providing the highest quality care to my clients. I believe that everyone needs a space in which they can safely be heard, and that only then can healing begin to take place. I am passionate about helping clients to meet their personal goals and work through any issues they struggle with. I am also passionate about providing quality supervision to Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associates. Processing past events or current struggles can seem daunting, but it does not have to be anxiety-provoking. My theoretical lens allows me to see current struggles as byproducts of traumatic or unpleasant past experiences. I'll provide you a safe place for healing. Felt safety is important to me, as is honoring one's authentic self. I believe that every person deserves that. You'll find that I practice this in and out of the therapy office. You will likely see me dressed comfortably and in tennis shoes. I believe that this allows me to show up as my best self in order to be present for you. When it comes to therapy, fit is truly important. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation or session with me, please submit an online appointment request.
